Pastoral Staff


Doug Rehberg - Senior Pastor

Doug Rehberg has served as Senior Pastor of Hebron Church since January 1991. He holds a BA in Political Science from Gordon College, a MPA from the George Washington University, a M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary. Doug worked for seven years as a Policy Analyst with Metropolitan Dade County, Florida, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Washington, D.C. before beginning his pastoral ministry in Somerset, Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Barbara, live in Penn Hills and have two adult daughters.


Tim Williams - Affiliate Pastor

Tim has served as Affiliate Pastor since 2002. He has been part of Hebron's staff since 1997. A 1977 graduate of Bob Jones University, his background includes itinerant evangelism and 2 previous pastorates. Tim lives in Penn Hills and has 3 adult children and 1 grandchild.


Jerry Zeilstra - Director of Christian Education and Youth

Jerry Zeilstra came on staff in 1988. He now serves as Director of Youth and Christian Education. He graduated from Geneva College and has taken a number of courses at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He lives on 9 acres in the middle of Penn Hills and enjoys caring for the property and using it to entertain. He also loves playing the role of “Pa” to four little ones.

Program Staff

Barrett Hendrickson - Youth Ministry Associate & Worship Leader

Barrett joined the staff in 1999 as a summer youth intern and has worked himself into other roles. Currently Barrett is the worship leader at the 8:15 and 10:45 services, a youth ministry associate and webmaster. Barrett loves working with his wife, Carrie and his mentor, Jerry. Barrett lives in Penn Hills with Carrie, his two daughters, Cortina and Paisley and a beagle named "Rossi" that he is willing to trade for a pack of gum.

Amy Warner - Music Director

Amy has been the Director of Music at Hebron since 1994, having come straight from Grove City College with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. After 6 years of full-time employment, Amy moved into a part-time position in 2000. Amy plans and leads worship in the Traditional services, directs the Chancel & Bell Choirs and leads the Worship Time during Kidz Club. Amy lives in Penn Hills with her family, Rob, Tim and Abby.

Margie Krogh - Children's Ministry Director

Margie, a member of Hebron, joined the staff in 2006 having served as a Christian Education Director and Children's Ministry Director in other churches for the last 30 years. (She received her Christian Ed and Music degrees from Wheaton College.) Her areas of ministry at Hebron with her incredibly dedicated volunteer staff include: Sunday School (The Orange Grove), Kidz Club, Children & Worship, Kids Church, along with summer VBS, Pre-School Mini-Camp and JOY Jaunts. She is married to Bruce, a professor at CMU, and their three children are married and have blessed them with 5 grandchildren.

Maggie Doyle - Interim Youth Ministry Associate

Maggie Doyle is a product of the Hebron youth program. She grew up attending Hebron Church and has been a volunteer youth staffer until 2008 when Hebron hired her full-time. Maggie has never won an Oscar, Emmy or any other major entertainment awards but has been the creator of many fine slideshows recapping what the youth program has recently done. Maggie lives in Penn Hills with her Betta fish, whom she names after muppets and occasionally needs to replace due to an incident with a commode.

Carrie Hendrickson - Youth Ministry Associate & Multi-media Specialist

Carrie joined the Youth Ministry staff in September 2001 and was responsible for the Junior High Youth Ministry. She holds a B.A. in Youth Ministry from Geneva College. In 2008 with the birth of her second girl, Carrie went part time and her job title change. Now, along with working with the Youth, Carrie edits video projects, and supports the graphic needs of the worship services. In her spare time she loves photography and loves hanging out with her two girls and husband Barrett.

Pat Mason - TwoGether Pittsburgh Coordinator

Pat is retired Presbyterian Clergy whom God planted at Hebron in December 2006. She studied psychology at University of Pittsburgh, earned a Master of Divinity at Interdenominational Theolgical Center (ITC), studied Clinical Pastoral Education at Emory Candler Theological Seminary, earned a Doctor of Ministry at ITC and followed with studies at Johnson C. Smith Seminary and Columbia Theological Seminary in Atlanta. At Hebron Pat facilitates TWOgether Pittsburgh Family Enrichment Modules for singles and married couples. She also founded JOYFUL SOUND PEACE PROJECT a collaboration of churches and agencies engaged in community empowerment. She mothers three children and seven grand children.

Administrative Staff

Lois Walz - Executive Assistant

Lois joined the staff in March 1991 as Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. She currently serves as Executive Assistant and is responsible for assisting the Senior Pastor and ministerial staff in strategic planning, facilitating efficient operation of church programs, and acting as liaison to the church boards and members. Lois graduated from Grove City College with a BA in Business Administration. She, her husband, Gary, and their daughter, Kelly, live in Churchill.

Jennie Moffitt - Office Manager

Jennie started working at Hebron in 2000 as a part-time secretary, moving to full time in 2004, and in late 2007 becoming the Office Manager. Another hat Jennie wears at Hebron is licensed food manager to oversee use of the Barclay Building kitchen as required by the Allegheny County Health Department. Jennie and her husband Ed live in Apollo, Pa with their son Colin; they also have two grown children, Sarah and Ian.

Ethel Keim - Secretary

Ethel Keim has worked in various positions at Hebron for many years. After she and her husband joined Hebron in 1963, she began using her musical talents by substituting at the organ and playing during worship services. She began work in the church office in the early 1990s, and soon after became the Interim Music Director. She is now the Church Organist at the Traditional Services, Chancel Choir Accompanist, Part-time Church Secretary, and Wedding Coordinator. She and her husband, Mike, have two sons, four grandchildren, and reside in Penn Hills.

Leslie Felker - Secretary

Leslie has been a member of Hebron since 1999 and first started on staff as a custodial assistant in 2004. With a B.A. in English, she joined the office staff in November 2007 working as a part-time secretary. Leslie lives in Penn Hills with her husband and three children and enjoys being outdoors and writing when she gets a chance.
